iGes is a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application that caters to Presales and Invoicing processes on iOS mobile devices such as phones and tablets. It is purpose-built for tasks like order taking, delivery notes, invoicing, visit management, route planning, receipt tracking, and expense monitoring.
One notable feature of iGes is its offline functionality, eliminating the need for an internet connection during operation. This results in enhanced performance and efficiency since the application is optimized as a native iOS app. Users can enjoy seamless functionality without the constraints of network coverage, ensuring swift and reliable performance.
The flexibility of iGes extends to its seamless integration capabilities. Users have the option to operate iGes independently or connect it with various Business Management/Invoicing/ERP software through ODBC data sources or CSV files. Data synchronization can be initiated at the user's discretion, whether it be through the internet, Wi-Fi, Dropbox, or iTunes shared folders.
iGes offers three distinct versions tailored to different requirements and budgets:

<li>BASIC Version: A straightforward solution supporting independent operation with functionalities like budgeting, order processing, invoicing using standard formats, data import via CSV files, and data backups.</li>
<li>PLUS Version: The comprehensive version of iGes includes advanced features essential for robust business and sales management on mobile devices. It builds upon the BASIC version by offering customizable templates for invoices and orders, route planning and monitoring, expense tracking, CSV file exports for orders, delivery notes, and invoices, compatibility with professional Bluetooth text printers for document issuance, management of pending receipts, customer visits tracking, document handling, as well as support for offers and promotions.</li>
